Workplace Experience Intern

At Mollie, our mission is to make payments and money management effortless for businesses across Europe. Our Milan office is rapidly growing, and we're about to move into a brand-new space designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and innovation. We're looking for a passionate and proactive Workplace Experience Intern to join our HR team and contribute to creating an engaging and inspiring environment for our employees.
This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in an international setting, learn how a people team shapes a valuable workplace experience, and make a meaningful impact on our team members' day-to-day lives.
What you'll be doing
As a Workplace Experience Intern, you'll play a key role in ensuring our Milan office runs smoothly and provides a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive environment for our team. Specifically, you'll:
Enhance the day-to-day experience: Be the go-to person for ensuring smooth office operations, from coordinating supplies to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Plan team events: Collaborate on creative initiatives to foster connection and engagement, especially when we have visiting teams from other Mollie offices.
Support onboarding: Help new joiners settle in by ensuring they have an exceptional onboarding experience, from day one readiness to building connections with the team.
Support the office move: Collaborate with our HR team and external vendors to facilitate the seamless transition to our new office. From logistics to vendor procurement and management, you'll gain insight into operational excellence during a high-growth phase.
Organize the office opening event: Help plan and execute a memorable office opening event in June, ensuring it will be a great celebration.
