Your impact
In-Person Payments (IPP) is one of Mollie's fastest-growing domains – and one of the most important. It's been live for around three years, it's becoming a significant driver of new revenue, and it's central to Mollie's mission to make money management effortless for every business in Europe. This role sits right at the heart of that ambition.
As an Associate Product Marketing Manager, you'll support the team in bringing IPP to market in a way that genuinely shifts how businesses think about Mollie – not just as an online payments company, but as a multi-product provider that works in the physical world too. That's a real brand challenge, and it's one worth solving.
You'll work across campaign execution, product launches, customer research and messaging support – getting hands-on experience across the full marketing mix while being mentored closely by a Senior PMM. If you want to learn fast, contribute to something that matters, and help reshape market perception at scale, this is the role.
What you'll ship
Go-to-market plan execution in close collaboration with the Senior PMM, helping move campaigns from brief to live
Campaign creation and testing across specific audience segments to identify new growth opportunities and ideal customer profiles
Marketing materials, email campaigns and web pages that support IPP product launches and go-to-market execution
Customer interviews and surveys that surface real insights to sharpen positioning and messaging
Black Friday campaign execution, end-to-end, as a key seasonal milestone for the IPP domain
Roadmap and product updates communicated clearly to internal teams and stakeholders
What you'll bring
Strong project management and organisational skills – you can keep multiple campaigns moving at once without dropping the ball
Experience with positioning and messaging, and a genuine interest in how marketing shapes the way people perceive a product or brand
Hands-on go-to-market execution experience – you know how to take a brief and get things shipped
Solid writing skills, including email drafting and campaign briefing, with the ability to communicate clearly across different formats and audiences
Comfort running desk research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and campaign decisions, including gathering firsthand insights from our customers
Familiarity with AI tools and a B2B marketing context – you don't need to be an expert, but you're curious and willing to learn
Grow your way
