Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Guest Experience
The Welcome: Greet all Mollies and visitors with warmth and energy, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
Gatekeeping: Manage incoming deliveries, mail distribution and courier requests with precision.
First Impressions: Maintain a "tour-ready" reception area at all times.
Office Operations & Facilities
Environment Maintenance: Conduct daily "floor walks" to identify and resolve facility issues (lightbulbs, temperature, furniture placement).
Supply Chain: Monitor and restock office supplies, snacks, and "fuel" (coffee/tea stations and dishwashers), ensuring we never run out of the essentials.
Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with cleaning crews, plumbers, or electricians for minor repairs, acting as one of the on-site points of contact.
Meeting Room Readiness: Ensure all collaborative spaces are reset, tidy, and tech-ready throughout the day.
Event Assistance: Provide "boots on the ground" support for in-office events, from setup to catering co-ordination.
Finance and systems: Support the Workplace team with raising POs and with their technical office systems.

Dynamic: You thrive in an environment where no two days are the same; whether it’s a sudden pivot in office layout for a last-minute workshop or troubleshooting a facility issue during a high-stakes board meeting, you remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.

Must have requirements
Experience: 1 to 3 years in hospitality, retail, or a junior office role.
Language: Fluent in English.
Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack
Physicality: Ability to move around the office, handle small to medium deliveries, and perform minor physical setups.
Humour: Did we mention humour?
In office: no hybrid working possible in this role.
Nice to have requirements
Dutch
Experience with health & safetyProficiency in GSuite and digital tools to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
