As our new Head of CDD, you'll be part of the leadership team for our Onboarding Domain. In this role, you'll be leading a team of team leaders and overseeing all CDD responsibilities. You'll also be the driving force behind our CDD Operations team, ensuring they're firing on all cylinders and hitting those targets like a boss. Whether it's SLAs, handling times, or the quality of our work, you'll be the one making sure we're on point.

Here's the lowdown on what you'll be doing:

  • Lead, coach, and collaborate with your team like a pro. We're all about fostering an open and supportive environment.

  • Work closely with other teams to develop operational strategies that keep us ahead of the game.

  • Keep our CDD processes sharp and compliant, ensuring top-notch quality every step of the way.

  • Be the go-to person for audits and assessments, because we like to stay on top of our game.

  • Partner up with various departments to make sure our CDD processes are not just efficient but also customer-friendly.

  • Spot opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives to make our processes even better.

Now, let's talk qualifications:

  • You've got at least 5 years of experience leading teams.

  • You know the ins and outs of the financial world and all its regulations, including the interesting CDD/KYC area

  • You're all about results and know how to use data to get there.

  • Change management is in good hands with you

  • Oh, and you'll need to hang out with us in Maastricht at least 2 days a week and in Amsterdam at least 1 day a week.
