Your impact
Mollie’s growth relies entirely on the people who build it. As a Junior People Operations Specialist, you are the crucial first touchpoint for our Netherlands-based team members, setting the tone for their journey with us. By keeping our operational engine running smoothly, you help us attract the right candidates, align to our Employee Value Proposition, and shape a seamless employee experience from day one.
This role is your launchpad into HR within a fast-moving, high-growth fintech. You won't just be watching from the sidelines; you'll dive right into the core operations that keep our teams functioning. What you'll ship
Being the first point of contact for Mollies in your business area for onboarding, people changes and offboarding.
People Ops processes. Ensure that all our operational People processes run smoothly now and in the future. You will be responsible for providing a smooth pre-boarding experience for our Mollies as we grow and bring more people on board across Europe!
People Data. Make sure our HRIS (HiBob) and other People systems are up to date with accurate data.
People Policies. You will support updating all People policies and processes that are available on various employee platforms within Mollie.
Payroll. You will support preparing the monthly global payroll for your business area and partner up with our Payroll team. Making sure all data in our HRIS is correct, contracts are signed and people are updated correctly.
What you'll bring
You are currently studying and are able to work 20-32 hours a week
Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage your time effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn new things.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about creating a great employee experience.
Problem-Solving Skills: A willingness to learn and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
