Your Mission: Accelerate the impact of our Commercial Engine

This is not a traditional RevOps role. You are not a support function. You are the strategic mastermind and operational force multiplier for our entire Go-to-Market organisation (incl. Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success).

Your mission is to dismantle operational friction, redesign our commercial processes from first principles, and build a scalable, data-driven machine that propels Mollie into the next gear of growth. You are the architect of how we win.

What You'll Achieve

You'll be handed some of our most complex commercial challenges. Your output will be the strategic frameworks and operational systems that become the new standard at Mollie.

  • Design solutions for GTM challenges: Starting from the key problem spaces in sales, customer success, and partnership, you will develop solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our GTM operations. 

  • Implement solutions within the GTM organization: Work closely with the domain leads, team leads, and enablement teams to implement the changes. Adoption and impact is your north star.

  • Measure the impact and identify opportunities to further improve: Develop dashboards and run analysis to measure and manage the impact of the change initiatives and to identify new opportunities.

  • Automate processes: Leveraging data insights and AI, automate and simplify processes, and eliminate manual work.

What you’ll need:

We are looking for a rare breed: a top-tier strategic thinker who possesses a relentless bias for execution. You live at the intersection of strategy and operations.

  • Consulting Toolkit, Builder's Mindset: You likely spent 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm, where you mastered structured problem-solving, data analysis, and executive communication. Crucially, you then took those skills and applied them in the real world, owning and executing complex projects within a fast-moving commercial organization. You’ve proven you can build what you design.

  • Strategic Architect, Pragmatic Operator: You can zoom out to see the entire commercial ecosystem and identify the highest-leverage opportunities. Then, you can zoom in, roll up your sleeves, and build the solution brick by brick. You create elegant solutions for complex problems, not complex solutions for simple ones.

  • First-Principles Problem Solver: You don't just fix symptoms; you diagnose and solve root causes. When faced with a challenge, your instinct is to ask "why" and question every assumption until you find the fundamental truth.

  • Radical Ownership: You have an ownership mentality that is absolute. When you are assigned a problem, you own the outcome, the communication, the execution, and the results. 

  • Thrives in Controlled Chaos: You see ambiguity as an opportunity. A fast-paced, constantly evolving environment is where you do your best work.

  • AI-first mentality: You constantly seek opportunities to leverage automation and intelligent systems to work smarter, not just harder.
