About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcing and Insights Specialist to help build out a talent insights & sourcing function and strategy, as well as deliver crucial hiring pipelines, during a really exciting phase of growth and transformation for Mollie, reporting directly into our Head of Talent Acquisition.
You will be working on building business critical hiring pipelines, as well as being the source of truth for top of funnel market data and insights, to enable Mollie to make the most intelligent hiring decisions and support our global expansion as we take our incredible product offering into multiple new markets across Europe. You will be an expert at unearthing the hardest to find talent, or when it’s clear there is talent scarcity, an expert in reporting this back to the business in a structured and data driven manner to enable us to pivot.
This role is crucial to Talent Acquisition’s role as a strategic partner to the business and enabling quality, speed and volume in tandem, to facilitate candidate generation, and leveraging analytics tools, automations and ai to influence both the business and talent acquisition as we scale.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Working with stakeholders & recruiters to build high quality hiring pipelines for niche business critical and exec roles and engaging even the most passive of candidates through creative outreach
Using LinkedIn, your own sourcing data, our ATS and other tools and providing highly insightful talent reports to the business to enable strategic hiring decisions
Talent mapping for confidential executive positions and new territory launches
Upgrading, designing & optimising scalable processes and frameworks for sourcing
Optimising the ATS (Ashby) for top of funnel insights
Exploring candidate generation technologies with the Talent Acquisition leadership team
What you'll bring:
3+ years experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (you can be either a recruiter or sourcer to apply for this role)
An outstanding track record sourcing high quality and hard to find candidates in a scaling and high talent bar tech company
A structured, data driven and creative approach to building sourcing strategies and problem solving to help circumvent or prevent hiring hurdles
That you can navigate the most complex briefs to ensure only the most suitable candidates enter the hiring process
Experience building clear and simple reports to influence senior stakeholders
Strong passion, energy and desire to work in a fast paced environment and grow one of the coolest companies in Europe!
Nice to have:
Experience hiring for executive (C-Suite/VP) roles
Experience with Ashby
Recruitment agency background
Experience with or a strong desire to be a wizard on G-sheets, Looker and other analytics tools
