Your Mission: Turn Brilliant Products into Market-Winning Successes

This isn't a project management role. This is a high-impact, high-visibility mission to be the commercial engine for our most strategic products. You are the single-threaded owner responsible for taking our latest innovations from concept to commercial success across all our European markets.

Starting with our in-person payments portfolio, your mandate is simple but challenging: ensure our new products win.


What you’ll be doing

  • Architect & Own the Go-to-Market Machine: You will design, build, and execute the playbook for launching and scaling new products. This is your machine to run.

  • Be the Commercial Quarterback: You'll be the central node connecting Product, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success. You’ll orchestrate brilliant execution across functions, ensuring every team is focused on crushing launch targets.

  • Drive Product Adoption: You'll be obsessed with driving adoption from 0 to 1 and beyond, market by market. You’ll live and breathe the data, uncovering insights and opportunities for growth that others miss.

  • Master the Feedback Loop: You will build and command a continuous feedback loop between our customers and our product teams. You'll translate market signals into actionable product insights to ensure we achieve excellent product-market fit, everywhere.

  • Eliminate Blockers, Deliver Results: Ambiguity and obstacles are your fuel. You will proactively identify challenges, rally the right people to solve them, and escalate decisively to keep the momentum high.

We are looking for a commercial athlete with a relentless drive for execution. You don't just manage projects; you deliver outcomes.

What you'll need

  • 5+ years hands-on experience: You've spent time in a high-growth tech environment (SaaS, FinTech, Payments) in a commercial or product-focused role. You know what excellence looks like.

  • A Track Record of Launching & Scaling: You haven't just participated in product launches; you've led them. You can point to specific products you took to market and scaled successfully, owning the cross-functional GTM process.

  • Radical Ownership & Execution Bias: You have an unstoppable urge to get things done and a deep-seated belief that you are responsible for the outcome. You think in terms of results, not tasks.

  • Data-Driven at heart: You don't just "like" data; you use it as your primary tool. You are fluent in analysing performance metrics, digging into the details, and building business cases rooted in numbers.

  • Effortless Influencer: You command respect and build consensus without relying on direct authority. You can articulate a vision and drive action across all levels of the organization, from front-line specialists to senior leadership.

  • Thrives in Controlled Chaos: You see ambiguity as an opportunity. A fast-paced, constantly evolving environment is where you do your best work.

  • AI-first mentality: You constantly seek opportunities to leverage automation and intelligent systems to work smarter, not just harder.

  • International experience: You have lived and worked in multiple countries, understand cultural nuances and love collaborating with international teams

Our Talent Acquisition team and hiring manager will review your application, and respond within 2 weeks.

Step 2

Screening call

If you seem like a Mollie-in-the-making, we’ll invite you to a screening call so we can learn more about each other.

Step 3

Are you the one?

You'll have two or more interviews. And if it's a highly technical role, we'll also assess the specific skills you'll need.
